All materials are provided for educational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation; you are responsible for using the resources appropriately, entering accurate information, and maintaining your own records. Your purchase includes a single-user license for use by the purchaser only (unless your package explicitly includes additional preparer licenses).
Prohibited use: sharing, reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or uploading any part of the materials to any website, drive, group, or marketplace is strictly prohibited, and you may not claim the resources as your own or create derivative products for resale. Violations may result in termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
After purchase, you’ll receive instant digital access to download your resources and templates (no physical items are shipped). You’ll also be directed to complete a short intake form. For ERO packages, software access is added after your intake form is submitted and is typically activated within 7–10 business days, depending on the current queue. Your intake form includes the software demo link and the next steps to activate access. Please continue to monitor your email for ongoing communication regarding your tax software enrollment. If you purchased a package that includes licensing for additional preparers on your team, we will email you a separate form to add your preparers (including your name and business name) so they can receive software access as well. If you don’t see your downloads, received the wrong file, or have any access issues, please contact mierra@kaadvisorygroup.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll assist as quickly as possible.
No shipping: This is a digital product; no physical items will be shipped.
Delivery method: Delivered by email after checkout.
Device + internet: A reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop computer are required to access downloads, complete the intake form, and use the tax software (mobile access may be limited).
Files + email: Ability to open PDF and Excel files (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets recommended) and access to the email used at checkout for delivery and enrollment updates.
No guarantees: Enrollment does not guarantee EFIN approval, IRS outcomes, refunds, or income results. Results vary.
Educational use: Materials are educational and must be used in accordance with IRS rules, Circular 230, and applicable laws.
Due to the nature of digital products and instant-access resources, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once access has been delivered (including access provided after submitting the required intake form).
If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, your downloads do not appear after intake submission, or you believe you received the wrong file, please contact us at mierra@kaadvisorygroup.com and we will assist you.
By purchasing our digital products and/or enrollment resources, you agree to contact us first to resolve any access or delivery issues before filing a payment dispute. If a dispute is filed for delivered digital content, we may provide supporting documentation to the payment processor, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and access/download records. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased products.
